How can I make a reservation?

In your private space you will find a form to make a new travel request. Here we will upload the travel proposal that we have planned based on your predilections. You will see the dates and times of the selected flights, transfers, hotels, guide or hide, as well as the activities that we will perform for a possible companion who does not want to practice wildlife watching. And, of course, we’ll let you know about the price.
Through your personal area, you can confirm or ask to modify some or all of the proposal, as many times as you want until we get the trip you want.
When do I have to pay?
Once you confirm the travel package, you will have to pay 100% of its cost.
We will inform you in advance of the costs of the cancellation as the date of travel approaches.
Can I pay PayPal?
Yes. Once you confirm the travel package, we will send you information so you can pay by bank transfer, credit card PayPal.
What do I need to do to cancel a reservation?
Within your personal area, you can send a message requesting the cancellation of the reservation.
How do I access my booking documentation?
Within your personal area you will find a section where you will find all the documentation of the reservations made. You can access it whenever you want and from wherever you want. You can also download it to make it available even when you don’t have coverage.

Who guarantees the trips organized by ApuSpain?
ApuSpain works with a registered travel agency that has all the certificates and insurance needed to operate within the European Union. All your information can be accessed on its own website Login – ApuSpain
Why does ApuSpain organize wildlife watching trips?
Because we are aware of the complication of coordinating all bookings based on the availability of the guide or hide,and because language can be an obstacle. We know that the faunal richness of Spain is very interesting forwildlifeobservators,and we do not want themanagement of multiple services to make it difficult for amateurs to come.
We want all of them to have the best possible experience, comfortable and simple.
Can I choose a specific guide?
Yes. You have the option to ask us to have your guide a specific person. We will contact you to find out your availability for the dates you wish to travel.

During my trip how can I contact ApuSpain to resolve any issues during the trip?

If I have a problem with my camera or video, how can ApuSpain helpme?
Our hide guides or managers are informed and can help you solve the problem. We have agreements with two experienced technical services, to which you can send the broken object for repair.
On the other hand, if you need to buy any complete components or equipment, we will provide you with the contact details of the partner companies to offer you the best possible service, fast and secure.
Can I have a translator during my trip?
Yes. We will be able to provide a translator to accompany you at any time.
We can also offer a translation service or tour guide for the companion who wants to go to know the urban spaces of our country.
Are all meals included?
In principle, your reservation will include breakfast and picnic to take during the observation activity. All other meals can be free or organized and booked by us.
But everything can be adapted to your desires. You just have to tell us what you prefer.
Can ApuSpain organize other activities?
Yes. As we work with a travel agency, we can organize other tourist activities in our country that are not directly related to wildlife observation.
To do this, we will look for the best cultural, sports or rest options that are close to the selected area to observe the fauna.
Can you organize ApuSpain for Spanish travellers?
Yes, but the trips must be of a minimum duration of 5 days, and the travel package must include accommodation and guide or hide.
Can I request that only part of the trip be arranged?
No. From ApuSpain we want to offer the best comprehensive wildlife observation service in Spain. Therefore, we are only responsible for the whole trip, from the place of origin to your return to it.
Is there a minimum of observation days?
No. It is only necessary that we organize the total reserves necessary to come to Spain to observe its wildlife.
